"There can be no peace on earth as long as there is war in love!"

This quote, which I encountered while traveling a few years ago, has remained with me ever since, a guiding voice of the heart. These words, in their universality, may sound somewhat sentimental; yet, and precisely for that reason, they resonated directly with the powerlessness of my world-weariness and with my questions about (self-)love and co-creative partnership. For me, they contain a profound answer, my higher purpose, and have become my most important driving force.

I act from the understanding that a state of being in love is the foundation for far-reaching and profound inner and outer peace work. This holistic approach motivates me to create safe spaces where feeling and experiencing are permitted – and where intimacy, vulnerability, and healing processes are therefore possible.

And... in this exploratory state of not-knowing and vulnerability, I am reborn.

With two children, an experimental life in Berlin, and numerous practical experiences, facilitator trainings, and courses within the body-positive (trauma) healing scene, I have completed the certification as a Sexological Bodyworkerin at the Institute for Somatic Learning, Sexuality and Bodywork (ISB Berlin).

This calling allows me to passionately apply my pronounced sensitivity on a professional level. Through it, I understand and live my mission: to offer people my support in precisely this area.

What great growth potential unfolded when I began to recognize myself as a sexual being, to experience my body more consciously, to understand my (sexual) needs, passions and boundaries, and to live in the new awareness of being a woman.

Therefore, it is important to me to pass on these valuable methods and tools that taught me to feel powerful and authentic, to understand myself in a new way, and to live much more self-determined lives—and yes, that also made me realize that our greatest gifts can lie in our deepest wounds.

Our body, with its own inherent intelligence, offers an ingenious gateway to self-discovery and empowerment through a peaceful life. I am convinced of the healing power and effectiveness of somatic methods.
