Philosophy

Touch for Peace

I see one of my life's purposes as helping people reconnect with themselves and their bodies, thereby contributing to world peace. Because when we are content and connected to ourselves, it becomes a natural consequence that we do good and spread love.

When we are in harmony with ourselves, our relationships flourish and we recognize, respect and honor our planet as the home of our body and all other living beings.
