Philosophy
I accompany people in their exploration and learning in intimacy and sexuality from a somatic and humanistic perspective.
I profoundly believe in the transformative power of embodiment, eros and pleasure. My vision is to contribute to a human culture that recognises and celebrates its corporality and the resulting potential for personal growth, (erotic) pleasure and connection to other people, environment and spirit.
The transformative healing and learning spaces that I create are resource-oriented, playful and trauma-sensitive and support you to become more spontaneous and creative in your intimate encounters. Somatic practices that you can do in between the sessions are typically part of my offerings. An important focus of my work is accompanying you in the somatic opening you will have along the way.
My body-based approach is suitable for you if you want to discover new aspects of your sexuality or if you would like to explore and transform difficulties in your intimacy.
I warm-heartedly welcome the great diversity of human sexuality: all bodies, genders, ages (over 18) sexual orientations and preferences, social, cultural and other backgrounds.
