Philosophy

I am convinced that sexuality is a gift when approached mindfully. After my marriage dried up, I found sexological bodywork was my most profound path toward healing. In seeking new insight and self-love, it invited me back home.

Sexuality is such a key aspect of us that - whether we are shut down, suffering, rejoicing or expanding - a loving focus on this part of ourselves reliably leads us toward deep well-being.

I find it a personal honor to support others in finding passion and alignment within and beyond their bodies.
