Philosophy

Like many who step onto this path, my journey started with my own healing. So when I offer my work in the service for others it comes from a place of deep compassion.

We live in a society that raises us to believe that our most powerful erotic energy is shameful, and that our bodies are not naturally beautiful. We are programmed to believe that we have to change who we are to be loved, which leaves us little chance to love ourselves.

It has taken me many years of self development and self love practices to find peace again in who I am, and all the segments that make me whole.

Through the powerful practices of neo-tantra, conscious kink and the tools of sexological bodywork I have transformed my relationship to my body, my sexuality and my intimate relationships, and this is the experience that I teach from.

I use the model of Somatic Sexological Bodywork and Embodied Sex Coaching to create a safe container where sexuality can be explored. It is important to me to offer a practice that feels inclusive to LGBTQIA+ folk and those that may not feel so included or comfortable in spiritual tantric spaces.

Wether you have something specific that is getting in the way of your sexual exploration, or you are curious to learn more about what your body and soul can feel when you are freed of shame and blockages, I can support you.

My work is trauma informed, and I hold a directory of certified therapists that I may guide you towards if I feel you need more qualified support in this area.

I work online and in person with sessions that are billed at an hourly rate so you can decide on your time and budget. I also offer workshops to groups and longer sessions for partners and constillations.
