Philosophy

I began working in the field of bodywork in 2018, at a time when I was working as a graphic designer and feeling increasingly disconnected and burnt out. This led me to explore body-based practices, and I completed my first massage training and began offering sessions.

Around the same time, I discovered yoga and meditation. Through these practices, I experienced a deeper connection to my body and a greater sense of presence in my everyday life. I became increasingly aware of how powerful it is to slow down, to feel, and to listen to the body.

Since then, I have immersed myself in bodywork and yoga, later expanding into conscious sexuality, and more recently into sexological bodywork and somatic work. This path has been both a personal and professional journey — one that continues to deepen my understanding of the body, intimacy, and human connection.

In my work, I create a space where people can reconnect with themselves and experience a sense of safety, presence, and aliveness. While my main focus is currently on working with women and couples, I also welcome men into my work.
