Philosophy
Tracy is a lifelong teacher and learner who believes that life is supposed to be fun. She loves bodies and the people who live in them, and she knows that only when we are truly at home in our bodies can come to know our divine, whole selves.
Tracy believes in the dignity and worth of all people, and understands that loving ourselves it the path to the freedom, joy and love we are all looking for.
