Philosophy

My clients often ask me why I do this work. In short, I believe that everyone deserves the right to have an ethical, caring and safer loving space to explore their sexuality and their body, because there’s so much self-discovery and potential for life satisfaction there.

Secondly, I love learning and sharing new ways on how to have more pleasurable intimate moments with oneself and others. I believe that touch and being somatically aware are great tools for that.

Thirdly, I used to experience pain during penetrative sex and shame about my own sexuality. I rarely do now and I want others to also have pain-free and shame-free sex (unless, of course, it turns you on)!

Lastly, I believe that learning to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ and communicating your desires and limits will actually make the world a better place for everyone, so this work is also part of my activism.
