Philosophy

Hi I’m Greta (g/she/they) I'm a certified Somatic Intimacy Educator and I help people live more fully in their bodies. Voice is at the center of my practice; empowering voice and choice. I support people in accessing and articulating their inner-knowing, cultivating the voice of their desires and boundaries and navigating the landscape of consent. Utilizing somatic inquiry, breath, ritual, and touch, I create containers where one can listen to and be led by the wisdom of the body. I offer private sessions and workshops that nurture self discovery, expression and a deep sense of belonging. My practice is trauma informed and pleasure focused. Discover and define what erotic wholeness means to you. I am white, queer, feminist, trans-inclusive, kink-knowledgeable and poly-normative. I believe our embodiment holds the key to our collective liberation and it is my honor to support people on their journeys.
