Philosophy

In nearly everything I have done two themes are constant, education and bodywork. Over the years these progressed from massage, psychic and personal development, communication, business management, leadership, train the trainer to now my focus is connection, intimacy, orgasms, great sex and what stands in the way, what keeps us from having them.

I am often able to ask revealing questions, pin point patterns and habits that have been running in the background and keeping us stuck, usually for a very long time. Using questions, somatic enquiries and bodywork are ways I utilise getting ‘unstuck’, unravelling the unconscious and integrating the whole being for optimised consciousness, presence and love (both of self and others).

Most of us learn by experience, our brains like the theories, knowing how and why it works, our bodies like action (stillness can be action) my way of working with individuals or groups is accessing both, explaining the theories and actioning the body through movement, expression, sensation, noticing and presence thus creating integration and harmony on all levels. This methodology also creates a space for you to become aware of your own safety, presence, boundaries and pleasure long after the session or workshop.
