Philosophy

Sexuality in all its facets has always fascinated me. The energy that arises, the flow, the intensity.

I spent many years in BDSM, where this energy feels even more potent. Here I was able to learn a lot about consensus, empowerment and opening and holding spaces.

I worked primarily with my head for a very long time. In start-ups, as a consultant, as an investor. But my own sexuality was also very “top-heavy” for a long time. It's only in recent years that I've been working intensively with my own and others bodies. Through this work I have began to reconnect to my own body, started to feel more deeply, started listening to it, trusting it, following it. To let it decide and, above all, to enjoy it to the fullest.

On this journey, I was able to gain experience in different modalities. From various forms of bodywork and movement to mindfulness & meditation to embodiment and breathwork and the associated states of consciousness.

With Sexological Bodywork I have found a method that applies somatic, physical learning to issues around sexuality & pleasure. A method in which I can help my clients to experience and learn about sexuality, pleasure & enjoyment and related topics through the body and ultimately shape them in a self-determined way.

I love to accompany people in their very own learning, healing & transformational processes and strive to support their experience, their research, their experimentation. I treat you and your concerns with the utmost respect and an awareness of the vulnerability that issues in this space can entail.

While I am happy to share my knowledge and experience, I am even more thrilled to learn from you, because you are an expert on your body and your experience.
