Somatic Sex Education can help improve a person's sense of connection with their body and address unresolved experiences.

With the use of practices using the breath, movement, massage, boundary setting with choice and voice to explore a deeper awareness of the body and sexuality. A somatic approach to balance sexual wellness with connection to the mind, body, spirit, and pleasure. Somatic Sex Education teaches trauma informed touch and embodied pleasure.

Embody Ancestral Somatics, Integrate Body Wisdom

This body based approach is used to relate and connect to the authentic nature that already exists in each individual. It's to honor and hold space for the layers of traumatic imprints that the body tends to hide, to restore, and experience pleasure on all levels, physical, emotional, sensual/sexual, and spiritual.

Balanced health can be achieved by nurturing the body, mind, and spirit, and I'm dedicated to guiding you on this journey.
